We are encouraged and warned at to trust and obey God if we are to enter into God's rest.

Three kinds of rest:

1. Sabbath rest

2. Israel's rest in the land of Canaan

3. Future eternal rest

Warnings:

1. Do not have an unbelieving heart

2. Do not miss out the rest God promised us
